Before joining the team in August of 2001, Derek worked in operational capacities for Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc. and BMW Manufacturing Corp. He earned a B.S. from Quinnipiac University, majoring in Economics. Since joining the firm, Derek has focused on developing and enhancing the Group's regulatory reporting and client services capabilities.
