Director, Human Resources

Ellen served as the Human Resources Director for First Spring Corporation for over seven years where she was responsible for the overseeing the entire Human Resources function for the firm. During her tenure at First Spring, Ellen implemented new payroll, benefits and 401(k) platforms. Prior to this, Ellen spent three years at Doremus Advertising and over twelve years with Viacom International where she was responsible for Human Resources oversight of 10 radio and 5 television stations located across the United States. Her experience is quite extensive and includes expertise in employee relations, recruiting and benefits.

Ellen received a Master’s degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the Baruch/Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations and a B.S. in Sociology from the State University of New York at Albany.
